By accessing or using NxWorth ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use NxWorth. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Description of Service
2.1 What We Provide
NxWorth is a personal finance tracking platform that allows users to monitor net worth, track investments across modules (stocks, mutual funds, crypto, fixed income, etc.), and analyze expenses.
2.2 Not Financial Advice
NxWorth is a tracking tool only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult a qualified professional for such advice.
2.3 Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@nxworth.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.2 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information updated.
3.3 Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use NxWorth only for lawful personal finance tracking purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
4.2 Prohibited Activities
You may not: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (b) use the Service to engage in illegal activities; (c) scrape, reverse-engineer, or decompile the Service; (d) upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our IP
The NxWorth platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and content, is owned by NxWorth and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our IP without explicit written permission.
5.2 Your Data
You retain ownership of all financial data you input into NxWorth. You grant us a limited license to process and store this data solely to provide you with the Service.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
6.1 Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
6.2 Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
6.3 Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
7.1 As-Is Service
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. NXWORTH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NxWorth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the past 12 months.
8. Governing Law
8.1 Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
